4a. SMS Messaging Program

If you check the SMS consent checkbox on our intake form, you are opting in to receive text messages from Alpha Gentlemen Suits. By opting in, you consent to receive the following types of SMS messages from us:

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on where you are in the client journey. You may receive multiple messages per week during active consultations or order fulfillment, and less frequently otherwise.

The consent language at the checkbox reads substantially as follows: "I agree to receive text messages from Alpha Gentlemen Suits at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. Upon receiving your STOP request, we will confirm your removal and cease sending SMS messages to your number. SMS messages are sent from a 10DLC registered phone number through our CRM platform. We do not use shared short codes. Your phone number and SMS consent status are stored in our CRM system and are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

4b. Email Communications

When you submit our intake form, you provide your email address so we can follow up with you regarding your consultation and our services. We may send you email communications including consultation scheduling, service information, order updates, and periodic follow-ups related to our offerings.

Every marketing or promotional email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. Transactional emails related to an active order or confirmed appointment are not marketing communications and may continue after you unsubscribe from marketing emails. Our email practices comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.

5. Third-Party Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share your information with third-party service providers strictly as necessary to operate our business and deliver our services to you. These service providers include:

While we take commercially reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information.
